Andrew JConvenient location and friendly service. Easy drop off of the 4' x 8' trailer next to two others. Only thing I noticed was the extra charge for a few hours more than exactly 5 days from pickup to drop off. Didn't know it was to the minute. That took me by surprise. Would have liked to know that up front, but I assume it was in the contract and I didn't notice it.
Keith BBay City garage people are the best they do excellent work and they do take care of their customers and the owner of the garage helped me with the u-haul and she did an excellent job also no problems no hassles I would recommend anybody going to this location to rent a U-Haul or to have their vehicle serviced
Keith MThe roll up door on the trailer was so hard to roll up and down, it would get stuck and after one click. The hardware for the hitch was old and rusted. Not sure I would use uhaul again

ANDREW LUhaul company is great. However there were many issues with the Bay City Garage site. They didn’t check in our Uhaul when we returns it, tried to overcharge us almost $200.00 and was very unprofessional when questioned about their poor service. The site could benefit from customer service training and proper Uhaul program expectations.

Andrea LHappy just to have a UHaul in Eastport, ME. Facilities here are generally not as nice as we are used to in a busy metropolitan area like Greenville, SC. They do the best they can.

Ray RWe had a challenging time trying to figure out the online return with photo attachment, we weren't able to figure that out. We did take pictures of everything as requested, but we couldn't figure out how to attach, or even where the place was to do it, online. So we just returned the paper contract with written info. DAVID KThe least of it was that the vehicle was delivered with the radio missing, and this was not even noted on the rental contract. This facility was entirely inefficient and unhelpful, and for the 2nd time in 2 weeks we were anxious and frustrated. The only reason we returned is that the next nearest is an additional 20 miles away from our location. We would NOT recommend Bay City to anyone!
Rudy Sthe truck was 1/4 tank below listed fuel, the rear door was frozen shut on pickup, and required a neighbors tools at our site, meaning that the unit had not been inspected prior to delivery. Less than 1 hr into our trip, an oil warning light went off, requiring a stop at a service station enroute for diagnosis, fortunately no repair needed, but still troubling for harried movers. Facility is primitive, had bare bones internet access and could not produce a paper receipt at pickup. would recommend only because of location.
RUDY SIssues during rental where due to last minute changes in equipment needs. The problem was that the only one who could rent the trailer at this location was out of the office. The phone rep was very courteous and helpful. Eventually, the rental was completed. Due to the persistence of your phone personnel, the trip continued on schedule.
