Your person at that location was an excellent person. I apologize for not remembering his name but he was well versed on how to treat people/customers. So friendly and helpful. I would certainly refer friends and family if ever they find a need for a u-haul truck or trailer that is the place to go and rent it.

Charles BHe only isssue is that this was an older 6x12 trailer with a rollup door, which I kept hitting my head on while loading and unloading it. I missed have a hinged door.

ELIER RDue to the pickup mess-up, the lady had to call uhaul and get a new drop-off location. Uhaul said I would not have to pay any additional mileage fees but my card was charged.
