The staff let me know that if I were YOUNGER I would not have had difficulty logging into after hours U Haul truck rental program. I felt this was inappropriate and that someone should know there is may be an ageism problem at this facility. I was not at all happy to have this be the response to problems with software and no after hours options available when I had prepared to have the truck available for moving over a weekend.
