When dropping off the truck and trailer there was very little room to maneuver, and very few spots to park. Nobody was present at the location, and I had to download the app to return it. My card was charged an extra day for being over even though I dropped it off at the agreed upon time. If I didn't have 3 years of experience driving semi's, and 5 years driving school bus, I would have had no chance of returning the truck and trailer on time due to parking. I will not use U-Haul again. The customer sevice line on the phone was kind, but ultimately unhelpful. I hope they find a way to make returning equipment easier, and they stop over charging people who complete trips within the parameters of the agreement.
