Both locations pickup and drop off were wonderful! The roadside service person was super terrific he got there fast replaced the tire I only lost an hour and he made my day!

This is not about the location but rather gassing up the trucks. It would be much easier if the trucks came fully fueled and we returned them fully fueled.
STEPHEN H1. They said gas tank was 3/4 full- but the fuel light came on as I drove out of parking lot. I called and he said he couldn’t help and then I was charged extra for not returning it with 3/4 tank. 2. Got a call saying they made need to push back when I got the U-Haul. I called back and left a message. No response. I had to call 3 times before I knew when I could pick up the U-Haul I reserved.
