I had a reservation to pick up a trailer at 10 am. There was not anyone around to check out the trailer to me. I had to call U-Haul to try and resolve the issue. The proposed resolution was to drive another 50 miles to get another trailer. We had to knock on the door of the residence to wake up someone to check out the trailer to me.
