Unmanned location at apx 12pm Sunday 10-25 but had a drop box clearly marked. The app wasn't working properly when I tried to return the truck so it would not pick up my location so I did it manually. And since the agent in Hamlin neve corrected the mileage in the computer I was charged for 6.1 miles or $2.44, a small amount but not the point.

The yard around the truck parking area was kind of messy and rough looking but the truck I rented was clean. It smelled of smoke and we drove with windows open for a while to air out.

I had to go 20 miles out of my way (each way) to pick up this truck. When I got off the parkway by my house I saw a location that had several trucks sitting there unused. Not sure why I was sent so far out of my way when the town I live in had trucks available.

Will not recommend. Company charged $25.00 cleaning charge and $1.66 tax on the cleaning charge. They found a little mud on the drivers side and for that they hit me with a 25. charge.. This is nonsense. I will go back to Enterprise for my next rental.

I ordered the truck several days prior to pick up. The day before I was to get the truck I received a call from someone telling me I had to go to a different location to pick up the truck. It was an extra 40 minute round trip

The guy helping me was nice but when i picked it up he did ask me when i was going to return it and i told him i only needed it for an hour. He said a customer came in asking to rent the van i already reserved and he wanted to know for that reason. Only problem i had with him asking is he added he is a really good customer and i felt like he was implying i wasnt. And also when i reserved the truck i turned down the coverage fee of 14 dollars but when i got my final bill i had a 10 dollar charge for coverage. This is something im confused about. This is the 3rd or 4th time renting a vehicle with uhaul in the last couple of months and i never had this issue. So why am i getting charged 10 bucks extra.

Please don't block the vehicle in with another vehicle amd the rubber mat in the cargo area makes it difficult to load large objects.
