The original order was for a car dolly. He said he had 2 but could not find them.. Had to get a toy hauler at twice the price of a car dolly. Made transporting car much harder. The agent was nice and helpful, just didn't know where car dolly was.

It was like pulling teeth to get the man working the counter to help me. He was eating seemed "put out that he had to do anything ". I don't appreciate U-Haul making me do their job of taking pictures of conditions and confirming it was clean

Yall were amazing. I needed a U-hual last minute on a Saturday. They normally close at 12 on Saturdays but the man stayed an extra hour waiting on me to get there. He was so patient and kind. He even got me a discount. Awesome business
