More visible identification as a UHaul dealership. Had the owner not called me back I would have not known this was the correct location. The after hours key drop was the only thing that said UHaul and it was not very visible from the streetâ€¦had to know it was there.JAMES S.

The initial location booked DID NOT have my truck or any to offer. This is poor service on U Haul side not to have arranged enough vehicles in case of a late turn in. Thankfully I was referred to BB wireless so I could complete local move as planned. A+ for BB Wireless, a big F for U Haul overall.Reggie O.
This location is a wireless store. While the owner of the store was friendly and efficient, he could only help so much. I had specifically selected a location that was a regular UHAUL location (and not a generic business) which was changed because the size truck I requested was not available.Ken P.

Truck had red clay on drive and passenger mats. Truck bed was dirty and the dozen blankets were not there. I expect the fees for the blankets be taken off my bill. I've rented many truck and trailer from uhal and this one was the worst. I will consider only picking rental trucks where a Person is on the location. Maybe pick a different company.THOMAS B.

Waiting over an hour to get key code never got it location was closed also and when I called about 7 times uhaul kept hanging up on me because Obviously I was upset after having to pay so much and keep getting g hung up on and everything else to not have any way to move so fuck y'all foreal never recommending y'all everFelton W.
Tire blew within 15 miles and it took almost 5 hours for it to get fixed. Took over 30 minutes to get the system to process my rental even though I reserved it online in advance.Don D.

Just in case a real person actually reads this - My overall experience was okay but you charged my card triple the amount owed because someone didn't properly close out the invoice even though the trailer was returned early. At least that's what I was told. Still waiting for my money to be returned.kevin B.

Selected this location because it offered 24 hour drop-off and was closest to where I was. Had to park it in an unsecured area behind the business and drop off my contract in a box by the front door. Dropped it early a.m. 9/23 and received an email 3 days later claiming I had not left it there. Tried to call them, got a voice mailbox that was full and unable to leave a message. Tried again later, he answered but was not at his business and couldn't remember if there was a trailer there or not or if he had found the contract. He called later, said he had the contract and that there was a trailer there but wasn't sure if it was the right one. I was going to call the 888 number on the email but he said he would take care of it since I had already been put through so much trouble and promised to call me back. I hope and assume that this has been resolved since I never heard back from him.Nancy Denise W.

The owner of the facility did not show up until 11:20 am for a 10 am pickup of the rental truck. He was nice enough but it did put us behind in our move out. He indicated that Uhaul would give me a discount on the total bill.Howard M.
This review does not capture the absolutely awful treatment I received from U-Haul the company. I rented a 15 ft truck to take a substantial load to my home in Georgia. I prepaid for a promised a 10 foot truck for a return from Georgia to my home in Florida. I got a call while in Georgia unloading telling me I could not have a 10 foot truck but could get a 15 ft truck for my return. As I was unloading a 15 ft truck I said, OK just let me keep the truck I have as I have it on-site and have people available to load it with what I was taking back. I was told that would be OK but I would now have to pay 99 cents a mile instead of 48 cents a mile. You failed to deliver on the promised truck and you want to charge me extra miles. Hard to justify. The next day I called the location that I was told to go to for the 15 ft truck I was forced by you to use for my return. The guy at the location said I don't know why they are sending you to me, I only have a 26 footer. I then called you Customer Dis-Service department who passed me to scheduling who then claimed there was a 10 ft truck for me in Dawsonville. I said I would be OK with picking that up but put me on hold and call this place to make certain the 10 ft truck would be waiting. After 5 minutes the scheduler came back on to inform me the truck was no longer available. If I had not insisted this happen I would have traveled all the way from my home in Cleveland, Ga. to Dawsonville only to find the 10 ft truck I really needed was not available. I was then directed back to another location in Gainesville, Ga. that had ( you guessed it) a 15 ft truck. I insisted again that the scheduler call and confirm it would be waiting for me. I then brought the truck back to my home where I had to load it myself (remember I tried to keep the original truck when I had help available). This is absolutely AWFUL performance by U-Haul the company (not the locations where I eventually obtained a truck). I will do my best to tell everyone I know about this and I will do everything I can to avoid using you in the future.mark G.

The location was not easy to find. In me experience renting U-Haul equipment if you have to take the equipment back to a none U-Haul location and to a location that has multiple businesses the customer has to do all the work and that location gives no service except for your receipt. If you return the equipment early my experience in this these locations have an even bigger problem trying to understand why you brought it back early. I was done with the equipment and did not need it anymore!John C.
After being told that I had to only to pay insurance once, And after putting $600.00 Down to rent the truck I still had to pay insurance Again & I was charged $1342.00 for the rental, I was over charged with all that waz wrong with the truck, I will never rent from U-Haul Again......robert D.

The girl that gave me my truck was told about a scratch on the truck that was not marked and did nothing about it. The truck was parked under a tree and I had to go back inside and ask her to move the other trucks out of the way. I tried to change from a local to a one way and they could not get the change done. I was moved to a different location from where I booked and had to go out of my way to get a truck. WORST EXPERINCE EVER. I know nothing will be done.douglas B.

This location is located within a restaurant. Once I made the reservation online I called the number to ensure that the reservation had been received. Once arriving at the location the gentleman gave us his business card to call him to ensure he was on time for our return.
