The overall experience was less than stellar. We had difficulty picking up our truck and after driving 20 miles to the place for pick up (not the location we requested) was told they dont do mobile pickup and then were sent to the original requested pick up place, having to drive back 20 miles. We were given 24 hours but took it back after only 8 hours, we could not do a mobile drop off and went inside to find out why he allowed me to just drop off. The gas was way overcharged there is no possible way it took that much to return it to ¼ tank seeing we only drove it less than. 45 miles. U-haul fell short this time. Miserable experience.

They were to busy waiting on their drive through window customers to help us. The cab was Filthy! Reeked ! Cat hair, cat urine all over cab. Had to take Lysol water and mop the entire cab, even pulled out floor liner to scrub it better. Bought charcoal odor absorbers, and air fresheners. Would have returned it, but that was the only truck available in our area the size we needed.

There was extensive damage to this vehicle. Many dents along the passenger side - it looks like side swiped and the as damaged to the point where you could barely get the passenger door shut. The cargo compartment was extremely dusty, dirty, and had a strong odor. The cab of the truck appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time, and the truck only contained 1/8 of a tank of gas.

Uhaul was not cleaned out and had less than a 1/4 tank. Mats were thrown everywhere in the back with dirt and mud.

The app said the key was supposed to be in a lock box on the back of the truck, it was in the store. I don't know if it is required of the employees to remove snow from the trucks but it should I don't have a snow brush because I have a tarp that goes over my windows for snow. I reserved the truck for 8am I did not leave the parking lot until 845am due to my keys not being were they are supposed to and having to let the defroster run to melt the 6 inches of snow on the truck

The truck was not ready for rental. The clerk had to perform the inspection from the last time it was returned.

Passenger window was left down, just rained, everything all wet. Also 1/2 bottle of pop was left behind drivers seat. This was a small but busy minimart. Could barely speak English, asked no questions, offered no information/instructions etc.
