I arrived early with my 26' truck rental and I opted to do a mobile dropoff. So I didn't interact with a person. It was an excellent location with a large parking area to leave the truck. Process was easy on my phone, took pics as directed and dropped the key in the lock box!

We paid for a dolly and it didn’t have one in there. And someone else’s trash was in the back of the uhaul

The trailer was dirty inside. There were ni units available for one way rental so I had to drive all the way back to bring this unit back.
