Honestly I would say every place has room for improvement but my experience with Beach Storage was one of the best experiences that could be expected. This place is clean and very well managed! We just finished our move and are no longer doing business there but I feel we may still drop in to see how Crystal is doing! It’s people like her and the ownership that will have us come back to do more business there.

Utility dolly, furniture dolly, and 12 blankets were not with the truck at pick up (location was not open at time of pickup). Still charged for these missing items. Suppose I need to waste some 4th of July Weekend time getting that straightened out.

My reservation was scheduled for pick up the vehicle at 8 AM at PAK MAIL located at 22664 THREE NOTCH RD, LEXINGTON PARK,MD 20653. When I arrived at this location, it was CLOSED. The store hours showed that they weren't open until 9 AM. I waited around until 9 AM and the store was still closed. So, I then called Uhaul customer service and was informed by Uhaul that the store does not open until 11 AM. This was VERY FRUSTRATING, as i was already under a time crunch!! Thankfully, the customer rep was able to find a truck at another location but the location was 45 MILES away. I was NOT PLEASED with your reservation system. Several hours that I needed for moving were lost because of this incompetence. And based on my experience, I will be encouraging others not to use it ever again!! By the way... The customer service at Beach SelfStorage was excellent. The rep Crystal Long was very helpful and courteous. She was the one redeeming factor in this whole experience.

Ask questions because this staff knows the answers. Facility is clean. We leased for 24 hours the smallest truck and this is what we found: 1. Easy to navigate and drive. 2. Truck inside was clean. 3. Staff was clear on rental options and return of rental was fast. 4. The Helpfulness of the Beach Storage staff makes the stress of moving very manageable.

This location and staff were helpful and courteous. The Uhaul organization as a whole is unfathomably unreliable. Do not trust the Uhaul website for a reservation, or even a phone call with the home office. Hopefully this location is in the vicinity you need, all the locations north of Calvert are unhelpful, even if you're lucky enough to speak with an English speaking person.

I stopped by to drop off a car while I made a secondary trip to pick up some stuff. The manager guided me to a good place to park the car. I dropped off the truck after hours. Good location. My challenge was taking pictures of mileage and fuel level to check in the truck, but finally figured it out.
