I would not recommend this location for myself, family, friends, or future customers that I work with to schedule moves or pick up here. To summarize my experience, the standard of customer service was low. There was no honoring of the military discount as I was advised, the truck was dirty and I needed to obtain a dolly to move my property and the uhaul rep was not present. The most disappointing part is having to stand in the parking lot behind the truck and talk to the gentleman on the phone as we need to work together to figure out how I could get my information uploaded as far as my driver license before he could provide me with the truck code over the phone to get into the truck. After about 15 minutes then he gave me the word to open it to obtain the keys. I had to leave the lock on the porch, which I was not comfortable with because it wouldn’t fit in the dropbox. Being an advocate person that likes to secure proof of any experience. I made sure to take a picture for my own validation. I was Inconvenienced suffered great delays in obtaining the truck via the telephone and finalizing information via the app caused me to be late to return to work and late for the Packers to start loading and transporting my household goods. I would Highly encourage a uhaul rep/ trainer and or inspector assist them to give better support for this particular facility to meet a more appealing external stand, be present to help the customers and most of all improve the efficiency and timeliness for the customer overall.
