The lady was rude the whole time we was renting the truck! She was hateful and smart and never even said thank you in the end. I've never had such rude customer service! She didn't explain nothing, not even the location of the truck we just rented. After handing me my card back she informed me that she wasn't sure how I would be refunded my deposit since I paid wirh a prepaid card. She could've said it wasn't allowed or explained BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD! but she didn't and when I came to get my deposit back two days later because of a Sunday, I was told it would be refunded in 3-5 businesss days back to the card it came from which is impossible because it's a prepaid card! And she knows that snd knew it whole time. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY $70 BACK FROM UHAUL! I will never use ur service or go to that woman's shop again ! The customer service is so bad with both I never want to deal with either of u again everALEXZANDER S.

The 15' Truck rented leaked during some down pours during our travel, getting some of our boxes damp, nothing drastic, no reflection on the rental locationBrian C.
Instituting a cell phone policy would be helpful. At this location, I waited for the clerk to get off the phone with a family member only for her to periodically stop assisting me to read a text and respond. This occurred at least 5 times while she was pulling up and printing paperwork for me to sign.Michelle K.

I was supposed to pick truck and trailer up at 10 am, I showed up at 930 and there was a problem with my reservation of the trailer. After 3 calls to uhaul customer service and an hour and a half wait time it was finally resolved. Then when I asked about hooking up trailer to truck she said she was the only one there and couldn't hook it up so I needed to if I wanted to take trailer.ROBERT D.

just what we needed for moving the few things we moved. It was inexpensive and we were glad to find a dealer closeJORGE M.
We were not greeted when we walked in. The lady wouldn't even smile. The lights on the trailer didn't work. We had to drive to 3 different places to get help and still nothing. The lady we dealt with left before we could get the trailer hooked up and go back in to let her know the lights didnt work. No one else was there. Found out no uhaul place could help us we had to call the 800 number. The trailer lights worked off and on the whole tripWONDA S.
There was no walk around of equipment prior to use. The reps did not wear mask. Also a computer check in portal would be a plus at every location to insure proper drop off when no one is available to verify drop off timing. The website dropoff option was not available because we did not reserve that way.CHARLES H.

My reason for online reservation was to have the equipment I needed upon arrival of pick up. She told me she hadn't looked at my reservation previously plus although I requested an 8am pickup (it was the only time listed) she informed me had I came at 8, she would not have been there! So, I reserved an appliance dolly and 2 furniture dolly'sâ€”because I needed them!!! She didn't have the appliance dolly, and only one furniture dolly. She did have a utility dolly so I did rent it. Lastly, the stench of cigarette smoke was thick in her place of businessâ€”-who wants to be stuck in that environment? I guess if you smoke and do really need what you reserve, this place is for you!Mark H.
Obviously the truck was not checked to see if it was clean. when I picked the truck up it had chunks of mud on the floor and spilled beer stain on the seat and steering wheel and seat. This was definitely not what I have experienced with renting U-Hauls in the past.Lance L.

Have the trucks cleaned like they are supposed to be. Back had potting soil all over the back. Passenger seat was full, and on the dash. Soil all over.Kenneth H.
