The u-haul app didn't work for me at the time of my getting the truck. It just kept spinning when trying to upload pics of the truck.

Reason why I considered this vehicke not well maintained is as follows: Upon unloading it on day I returned it, Discovered there was a water leak either in roof or by where the gas interior well hump is on leftside in front of interior wheel well bump. It had rained only on 1st day of the rental. Nothing of mine appeared damaged but I am glad I did not have a slip&fall accident as I was by myself unloading my belongings. I informed Ivan Misuira & his father Larry at Bear's Den about it beside calling & complaining to 2 different U-Haul Reps on day if the return. I would very much like a refund for that extended day of rental of $39+. U-Haul equipment should not be in faulty accident waiting to happen condition. Thanking God did not need to file a claim or call a Lawyer to sue U-Haul had I slipped on the wet floor inside the enclosed back of this U-Haul. Thank you for your attention to this matter in advance.

Have the people at this location that sells flooring, answer the U-Haul phone number. I called that number multiple times and it never was answered or a message.

I didn’t get my boxes or mattress bag to move it was sent to my house. What good does that do for me after I had to make the move without the supplies I paid for. I want my money back for this.

It was Great...but I did have to have my son help me with the check out via the App. I could have done it, but it was raining and geez it wasn't too easy. Other than that it was a really Good experience. Thank You, Cori

I answered Not Applicable because my recommendation would be a qualified Yes or No. Reservation and Pick-up went reasonably well, however, I received no hard copies of anything and I regret that. I told the owner that I would be returning the vehicle after hours and he said he would send me the app to self-return. The driver's side window molding is causing a very loud wind noise when driving above 35 mph so that the driver could not easily carry on a conversation or listen to the radio. Also, the cab light did not work which made it very difficult to find things in the dark as when i returned the vehicle. Finally, I had a horrible experience with the self-return process. First of all, while sitting in the parking lot of the location the app did not list this location amongst the 20 or so nearby. It took me quite a while to figure out how to find and use this location. Then when I was taking photos and choosing Keep Photo it was not clear that I was actually downloading at the time. I re-took photos numerous times because the app was not showing the photos any more and yet seemed to be asking for me to add photos. I never received a message that confirmed that I had completed the return and could not find a place to leave the key so I took it with me so that I could return it during business hours. I do not know whether these things are under the control of the local owner or U-Haul corporate so this is why I am uncertain of my recommendation to others.

Nothing. My experience was top notch. Fast and efficient check out by Ivan. Ivan also met me when I returned my equipment and disconnected the trailer. Ivan was awesome and I highly recommend this location for any U-Haul needs.

Ivan was incredibly helpful and patient while explaining everything I needed to know to help make my move as easy as possible. Or location was easy to access and the moving van was ready when I arrived. Highly recommend this site for all your uhaul needs!

I went to the drop-off facility at 4; 00 PM on Monday, July 17, but nobody was there. I call them, and left a message but never got a reply back. I call them the following day, but nobody answers. Left a message again, still waiting for a call back.

Your online checking/checkout is cumbersome and not at all user friendly. I would never use it again or recommend it to anyone ever.
