There is no communication, no one returns phone calls, and the employees don’t even know how to work the u-haul pick up process. Not only was our truck order changed on us from a 20’ truck to 15’ van, we were delayed over an hour in the rain because the guy couldn’t check us in and refused to help. Thank god for the employee who answered the 1-800 # Sadly we will no longer be using u-haul and switching back to penske

communication! I was charged an extra $20 because i returned my vehicle on a day they were closed, i even returned my truck earlier than the 24hr mark. This was NEVER discussed with me. I have also left 2 voicemails requesting a call back to discuss and almost a week later STILL haven’t heard back. We rent trucks 4 times a year. Sadly, I’ll be switching back to Penske if this $20 is a continuous thing. A day rental is only $29.95…$20 just because the location is closed is INSANE!
Brittany Bdropped off the 20' box truck after hours so ...did not interact with anyone. The location was easy to find; the parking area was very clean and well marked.
