Truck was dirty, there was no walk around, you have to fill out the app and do the walk around yourself. They will tell you that the gas tank was full to begin with and then try to charge you

I have got no issues with the location. But the uhaul online system is a dumpster fire. Has been now since you launched it. What's the point of booking online if I can't actually telk if a God dam truck is available... then I get a call to reschedule because the truck I booked wasn't actually available.... so I should have just fucking called in the first place. How is ot that 90% of companies have figured out how to update stock and scheduling but you guys can't. Then to make it worse every place I've picked up from has issues with thier Uhaul payment hardware... every single one. And I'm not mad in anyway. I've just come to expect mediocre service. The trucks are great. Most of the locations are great. The call centers are great... but the online service sucks..

1. Have the staff speak somewhat proficient English. 2. Truck was filthy, exterior, interior, and cargo area. 3. All the information I gave on the phone did not help with speeding up the pick up of the unit. 4. Very expensive at $1.19 / km. 5. Won’t ever see me renting or suggesting to others - frustrating experience.

Truck was filthy on the exterior and there were still packing blankets in the truck Staff were slow in getting final paperwork organized and did not want to accomodate my request for assistance as I did not have a phone to take pictures etc. Staff grudgingly eventually helped.

The vehicle had not been inspected recently nor had any previous customers made comments. When I took possession of DC4410H I started my short commute home only to find that both wheels were toed in and the vehicle was going back and forth deciding which front tire was taking dominant traction. It made my move sketchy and unsafe. The truck would bounce back and forth with in the lane there was a decent amount of steering wheel play between 2-3 inches and the front right wheel has loose suspension components causing play. The vehicle is in immediate need of an inspection alignment and steering components within the front end. I wish to be contacted about my trip via phone call @613-553-6885.

I suggest having a separate employee to operate the till for uhaul so a person does not have to wait for other customers to be served first. Even though your next in line having to wait and watch others go first when your on a time limit is not good service. Also the uhaul should be filled prior to renting out to a customer so you don’t have to calculate how much to spend to get it back to the exact amount as was at pick up. I rent from other locations and this location definitely lacks in good service

When I returned the van, I was told I was an hour late, even though I was an hour early. I refilled the tank over and above the level I had taken it at and when I returned it I was told the tank had been full when I'd taken it and would be charged for the extra gas. Because of a problem with a tire, the van was swapped out. The new van form (which I did not get) said the van was full when I'd taken it. It was not. It was just over 3/4 full. Fortunately, I had the predeparture form showing where the expected level was the previous vehicle. The extra fees were waved but I did not appreciate having my honesty questioned. I would not recommend this location.

Would it not be simpler to top up the vans with gas before the customer picked it up? That way the customer just tops up the tank instead of trying to return the level to whatever it was when first rented.

The people in this business were very helpful and did all they could to assist us in changing our drop-off location from Edmonton to Beaumont. Unfortunately - getting hold of U-Haul customer service took a ridiculously long time and the business owner was tied up helping us with our issue all while looking after other customers. I was on the phone at the same time with U-Haul and spoke with one person who - although was pleasant - was unable to assist me. She then went on to transfer my call to a scheduling department person who was very efficient with resolving our drop-off location problem - when I finally got through to her. There should be an easier way for a U-Haul business to adjust drop-off locations for the convenience of customers.

I don't understand the point of mobile pickup when you go through the app, but your still have to go to the counter to pick up the keys. people were friendly though. The cabin of the U-Haul truck had crumbs of some sort when i picked up the vehicle.

The truck that I had seemed to guzzle gas, so having the tank at least half full would have been great. There was only 1/4 tank maybe 3/16 of a tank of gas in the truck. Had to go to the pump right away or I would ha e never made it outside of town.

Windshield was dirty, disappointed that I have to stop and take time from my rental to clean it. Fuel tank was rented out at 3/8, pretty hard to refuel the vehicle back to 3/8.

Designated parking or directions where to park. It is better to fill the vehicle between users. I was told the tank was 3/4 full but when I received the vehicle it was just over half. Luckily I took a photo prior to prove it was no where near 3/4 tank. The attendant wanted me to fill the vehicle upon return but I showed the photo with the time and date.

Staff were not able to explain what actually happens during a rental. Upon returning the truck, staff not interested to assist me and probably didn’t know how. We spent almost 1 hr in the esso parking lot trying to return the truck

The trucks alignment was very bad had to steer 20 degrees to the left to go straight. The truck stunk like cigarettes and wasn't very clean. I couldn't find anywhere how many liters of gas fill to replace how much used, and the location attendant didn't know either. I don't doubt the information was somewhere but it definitely wasn't obvious. The whole thing wasn't user friendly, but the ride share option was overall more convenient than having to drive into anothe city where at an actual uhaul location

I had already provided my drivers license photos when setting up a profile, yet I was again asked to scan it in, which felt redundant. I was then asked to provide additional ID such as a verified contact (?) a passport or my house lease contract(!!) you will barely, hardly find someone picking up a moving van and having this sort of information readily available. Very irritating, in particular since I had already uploaded my DL previously. - thankfully Chat was able to help quickly. But not great for first time experience

I ordered a 15ft truck inwhich i was notified that it has engine issues, UHAUL upgraded me to a 20ft at no new cost except the pick up was further so kilometers were higher and i had a very difficult time with the 20ft truck cause my driveway is not big enough. caused me a bit of stress.
