Charged for regular dolly but given an appliance dolly, didn't need appliances moved. Charges for cleaning. Left it same as I received it. Rented from uhaul many times and never experienced this treatment. Lady at location refused to let me speak and was very disrespectful. I recorded conversation.
Dianna WFelt a bit sorry for the gal working at the location. She was alone and she was swamped with gas station duties and trying to help me out. It took awhile because of this but she was great.

Manjeet DWould have loved if representative have left the rented goods like dolly, blankets etc in the truck or offered to help to take them to truck. Price wise everything was transparent and accurate
