Booked in leduc, then u haul changed to Beaumont. This caused extra 20 miles cost to me. Frustrating.

Mazen KTruck was dirty, there was no walk around, you have to fill out the app and do the walk around yourself. They will tell you that the gas tank was full to begin with and then try to charge you
