Truck was dirty, there was no walk around, you have to fill out the app and do the walk around yourself. They will tell you that the gas tank was full to begin with and then try to charge you

Great spot to get a u haul
Donald SI have got no issues with the location. But the uhaul online system is a dumpster fire. Has been now since you launched it. What's the point of booking online if I can't actually telk if a God dam truck is available... then I get a call to reschedule because the truck I booked wasn't actually available.... so I should have just fucking called in the first place. How is ot that 90% of companies have figured out how to update stock and scheduling but you guys can't. Then to make it worse every place I've picked up from has issues with thier Uhaul payment hardware... every single one. And I'm not mad in anyway. I've just come to expect mediocre service. The trucks are great. Most of the locations are great. The call centers are great... but the online service sucks..
