Overall very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend U-Haul and use again. Couple of suggestions: Would have preferred having the truck with a fully tank of gas. Was challenging to return it with the exact amount I started with as the nearest gas station was not close by. I was short by less than a 1/16th of a tank and it cost me an extra $20. The wiper blades were not in good shape - in this winter weather it would have been wise to have checked them and probably replaced. Windshield washer fluid was topped up so that was appreciated as the weather was messy. Truck ran very well and the U-Haul rep at pickup was very helpful. Driop off was quick and efficient. Trying to book online was a bit challenging as the rates and mileage/# of days changed on me after I saved the quote. No one at U-Haul on the phone could explain it. When I did finally phone to book the online customer service was very helpful and helped me finalize the reservation to my satisfaction.

i had made the reservation online and when i showed up nobody was at the counter, i rang the bell 4 times and then had to call the business phone number to get someone to come to the desk. After already waiting 5-10 minutes just for someone to come and help me they then could not figure out how to put my license through the system. This ended up taking a total of 45 minutes from arriving to getting the keys to the truck when i was doing a time sensitive project. finally get to driving the truck and the steering alignment was bad, i had to hold the steering wheel about 30 degrees to the right to go straight. overall worst u-hual location i have been to and wont be going back based on my experience.
COLE GMake the online simpler, so people are not very smart in using computers, would find a easier path to get your vehicle.

Helen HHidden Fees, Location charges you $20 fee if you return the van at night. they tell you to put the key in the orange box but do not tell you they will charge you the fee. Very unprofessional. Also the gas meter was lower than full but on paper they put full tank. i told them and they said its ok. and i end up return the gas full and put more gas in the tank but they didnt care at all!!!
