This location does not even seem like a business. I had to ring a bell in a hallway several times to get anyone. I had already filled out all the information, but had to give it all again. Finally, Uhaul needs to STOP renting trucks with some vague half full gas tank, but with the threat that you'll be charged a premium if you don't return it to that level. I was told it was at 5/8. It was not. It was just over 1/2. This is extremely annoying and I don't understand why customers can't get a full tank so there is not some debate when you return it about where it was. Rent it full, and ask that customers return it full. Not that hard.

Wrong key for the truck on the order and wrong code given for the lock box. Different key in the lock box after finally opening. Had to find truck on backside of building away from the rest of the trucks. Check engine light was on in the truck and there was popcorn and crbled breadsticks/crackers on the floor
Carl E1) I went to Woodbine Chrysler to pick up the truck only to find an email saying pickup and dropoff had changed. NO phone call just an email in junk 2) Pick up was for 10 am, when they open, so i arrived at 9:45 am to pick up the truck. When i went to get the key I had to screeze through the trucks to a muddy area to open the truck to get the key 3) Had to crawl through the passenger door to go across the seats to get to the drivers side the trucks were parked so close together. 4) Dropped off truck and gave the key and lock in at the office. What a pig sty!
Charles CThe location was not a professional operation, it looked like there were multiple businesses running at the same location. The truck was very dirty (mud inside the cab) the inside of the box was dirty and even had cigarette butts on the floor) there was on 1/4 tank of fuel and we had to waste mileage locating a gas station. There was something wrong with the transmission of the truck!!! Multiple time throughout out or trip the transmission would slip and get stuck in lower gears ( had to shift into neutral to get the engine to stop running at 4000 rpm) the truck was shaking so bad at hwy speed that I actually pulled over to make sure the wheels weren’t falling off!!! It cost us $170 in fuel to travel just over 300 km. Probably the last time I rent a truck from U-Haul
