The Becker location has very limited area for U-haul trucks and trailers and in one instance I had no choice but to move another poorly parked trailer by hand so that I could return mine. Still, very nice people and convenient and sufficient location.

I was told to make sure to sweep out the trailer prior to returning it, however it was not swept (lots of sand on the floor) prior to renting the trailer. Simple to correct but should have been clean

It took them a long time on the computer to get things going and check me out. It is not their fault but I was very upset to have been charged for one extra day because of a few hours. I also was disturbed more by the fact that I was charged $40 more for insurance. I initially took out insurance for $25 which I thought was for the entire rental time of the trailer. Obviously not.

I was very unsatisfied with this location and the workers. I was charged an extra day because I was told the wrong information. I was told we could drop it off after hours since it is 24/7 drop off but in reality I was suppose to have it back before the store closed. Very frustrated by this

The computer system wouldn't work and there was no one that new how to make it function. Then they called in to Uhaul and it took 10 minutes to reach someone. My checkout took 45 minutes. Not happy with uhaul or Becker true valu

The employees were hardware employees they were not trained for uhaul and wasn't their fault but did have attitude because of a different employee mix up for when picked truck up and then accused me of not putting the gas back in when I got the truck it wasn't on full it was 3/4s full and I filled it back up past that mark!

I was very dissatisfied with not having a truck available at the site that I reserved it from. I was made to travel 20 minutes (one way) completely out of my way. I had reserved the truck about a month in advance and expected it to be where I reserved it from. I also didn't understand why couldn't reserve a 2 wheeler.

Becker True Value was a great place to pick up our rental. We've rented from UHaul many times before and they were by far the friendliest and the fastest with processing the paperwork. We were disappointed with the UHaul system - we had reserved a 15 foot trailer 3 weeks ahead of time but were told the day before that we would have to drive almost 40 minutes each way to get the size we requested. We were happy that an adjustment was made to our price per mile but quite disappointed that we didn't have the room that we had wanted.

Salesman very friendly and helpful. He later retrieved some small knobs that had fallen off a dresser I was hauling, and didn't notice they were missing until a couple of hours later. He found them and saved them until I could pick them up the next day. Wonderful service!

My auto-tow trailer was at a different location than my truck rental but they did not tell me this ahead of time so I had to drive a half-hour away to get it. To make matters worse, they scheduled my pick-up time of the trailer at the same time of the truck so I was "late" to get my trailer as it took a full hour to go through the process of checking out the truck and driving to a separate town to pick up the trailer. To make things even worse, the Becker location didn't even know which location my trailer was at, I had to figure it out on my own based on my caller id from a phone call I received from the other location. Also, when I came to pick the truck up, they asked for the full address of the location I was moving to but I didn't have it on me at the time and I had to drive home, get it, and drive back. This all made things take much longer than they needed to take - they should have asked for my full address when I first reserved the truck, it would have saved A LOT of time...

Your program at the store really upset me. I did everything on the app. Then they did everything all over again. So....why the HELL did you make me do on the app? Is this some psychological experiment? I am ashamed for you. This was a horrific experience waiting a ton of time so the lady can try and do everything I already did. I can not express how upset I am.... Pretend this was all caps.

The staff was very helpful. When I started packing, I realized the teailer I had was not large enough. Called the store and was able to pick up the 12' trailer. Due to havingto wait so long on paperwork for the first trailer, I was provided a great deal on the new trailer by someone in corporate that was assisting the local rep. Could not have asked for a better Deal.

jacks on trailers would be a nice addition to make hook-up and take off easier.

fix the tail light/break lights, once we hooked it up i mentioned to the staff memeber that only half of the tail light was light he said its just the LED's, each time we drove over a bump in the road the light would flicker and go out completely, be sure to check and maintain these often and be sure lights work fully., when i checked it into this location they said they were going to issue a repair ticket for the equipment, would be good to see that it is followed up on.

The mechanic sent to check the truck before I picked it up left it with the motor oil at the add mark on the dip stick and barely enough coolant to see in the expansion tank. NOT WELL PREPARED. Location people were very helpful. Mechanic ? ? ?
