The service was down and it took 45 minutes to pick up my rental.
Leah WNo comment on the staff, as we dropped off the trailer after hours, but when we called, they were very helpful in telling us where to park and assured us that we could drop off after hours. Parking lot was very easy to navigate and parking spots were neatly lined up so it was very easy to drop off the trailer.
David JI gave an excellent rating because I rented three times from this facility in the past couple of months. Each time I was helped by a Hispanic lady that was very helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.
