Wendy WThe U-Haul we picked up had trash in it and the windshield wipers didn’t work. We had to drive in a snowstorm and stop every few miles to get out and wipe the windshield with our hands. Very very dangerous

PAUL HI asked if the tire pressure had been checked and was told "yes". When I loaded, I checked and none of the tires were at spec and one was at 10 PSI.

Kent MHorrible experience. The store had me go out and check the gas and mileage. What aren't the employees doing that. Then wanted me to move the truck so truck parked on front of it can go on my asdigned space. Again, why are the employees not doing this. As I moved the truck, per the clerks direction, and not much room in the parking area, I parked the truck to went back in and finish the checking out of the truck. After parking the truck in the parking lot, an elderly gentleman came up an asked if I was taking the truck? I parked so no. He said he thought I was going to leave with it. Never left the property. If so concetned this may happen, use your staff not the customers. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Took an hour to get my rental. Stay away from true value Becker Mn.

Gary SWe used 2 car trailers and both of them had the same issue the ratchet for the tire tie down was vary hard to use I had to spay them all with WD-40 to loosen the ratcheting device so it would work.

EDWARD PI had to travel to two locations to find a usable 5’x8’ cargo trailer. The trailer at the 1st location had defective wiring and no alternative. I had to go 50 miles out of my way to find good equipment. Very frustrating.

Zechariah SThe trailer was a little dirty inside, but it is MN & there’s snow on the ground. We cleaned it out before filling it. There were some muddy footprints on the AZ end from unloading when it was wet out. But Anthony called me & let me know so I could go wipe it out before charging me. Just a bummer I had to clean it twice! 😉

jonnie pMade pick up very stressful. First she gave us keys to wrong truck, then correct truck had check enginge light on which wasnt discovered until we were halfway to our destination. Had to drive all the way back and swap out for a smaller truck.

Andrew UGet better tires that can handle snow! Yesterday was our only moving day and there was a snowstorm. The truck we rented got stuck in our flat apartment parking lot and also in our new driveway. Tires without traction made driving it unsafe! I felt as though I was going to slide off the road multiple times driving only 30 mph!
jessica jWhen I made the reservation, it was for a location in St. Cloud, MN. When I got the call a few days before saying the pick up location was in Becker. How does the location change once I've made a reservation? I was told we would get $50 for the location guarantee but I have not see that yet. I sent in a question about this and have not heard back.
Stacy TBecause instructions were not clear on how to return the vehicle, I was charged for another day of rental. Check in vehicle, then return the key. Not the other way around.

Jeffrey FThere was one small issue with the system thinking more than one person was editing the account as i had tried to start the check in on my phone but due to poor cell service it wouldnt load, but i closed all my apps on the phone and everything went great 👍
Klarissa FEverything worked perfectly. It went a lot better than I expected moving my car. The only thing that would have helped is if there was a winch because the car wasn’t in running order.

Gregory ZI was chastised by the phone call operator for not folding my moving blankets even though our professional unpackers said it would be fine to throw them in the back and the local UHaul location would take care of it. Also, I got charged $90 for not returning 9 blankets even though we were shorted on the front end of the trip at the Texas pick up location. The location in Becker was convenient and I'm guessing there's nothing the people could have done to help us avoid the $90 of blanket charges. The people were friendly enough on the phone. Now I have 9 UHaul blankets that I've been charged for, and I suppose I own them, so maybe I'll use them in the event of a survival scenario. (that's a joke)
