Terry SThe rental was quick and easy. However upon returning the vehicle I was overcharged mileage and fuel. The operator charged me for 9 litres of fuel and 6 kms. I drove less than 4 kms that day so there is absolutely no way I needed 9 litres of fuel. Disappointing to see this as it seems like the operator just wanted to gouge clients.
Melody HThe truck length is not advertised correctly. My 15' truck really only had 13' of space. The small area above the cab is counted in the total length but is not all that useful for moving large furniture. Fortunately I fit everything I needed to during my move.
