It’s was fine picking up the U-Haul. I put more fuel in the U-Haul than what was in the gas tank. Unfortunately, either Becs or U-Haul is trying to charge an extra 194$ for some reason I can’t approve

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Tim Quick is a very dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional cold hearted person. He is actually known in this town for doing " really bad things " and also doing children wrong. He will curse you and also harass and stalk you. Worst experience I've ever encountered. Also threatened us multiple times. There is no excuse for behavior like his.

Chris RBECS Coffee Shop folks were great. They were very helpful. Online, app, and corporate customer service has gotten to be really not useful at all. If it weren't for the positive staff at BECS, I would have gone elsewhere.
