It was supposed to be $80 to rent the uhal they put a hold on $150 when I returned the uhal they were supposed to take the hold off and $70 was supposed to go back on my card.After I returned the uhal I never got the receipt emailed or texted to me and they only put $9 back on my card

I was lied to and told that the truck I was renting was not available until 30 minutes after the reservation. I asked for customer service help and we were able to locate the truck 40 minutes later.
MARGUERYMARIE CThe store needs to be trained. I filled out all of the information on my mobile phone, went into the store to get the key and showed him on my phone, he proceeded to call someone else and spoke in Hindu to them, then told me to wait while he took another phone call. After 10 minutes, I finally just took the keys from him. When I returned the van he did the same thing and told me to wait after taking the keys. Made a good experience with the rental really bad.
Jaime SSmooth and easy transaction to pickup and return the rental. The Beer World hours are not the U-Haul hours, make sure to look at the U-Haul info rather than the hours on Google Maps. I didn't have good service at this location to use the app, so ran into a few hiccups. I contacted the U-Haul customer service and they were very helpful to help me upload photos and information needed. If you run into the same issue, please make sure you take all the photos needed and especially the dashboard, at pickup and return. This is a location I would use again, thank you.
