James HService was great however computer system was gliching. Took over 1/2 hour to get checked in at no fault of the operator. Operator tried several times to sign in using computer and finally, to expediate the check in, filled out paper rental contract and sent me on my way. Fix your system!

Mark BWe just closed our business after 25 years. We relied on UHaul 5x8 trailers the entire time and really appreciated the changes you made for ramp doors and easy connect hitches. We also saw a lot of dealers during this time, and our only recommendation for improvement would be to make every site as friendly and helpful as Beiers Auto Supply in Fenton, MO. Iris and Cletus are the best we ever encountered.

The frustrating piece (no fault of this location) was that our purchased supplies were at the original location - creating a double stop.
