Check in system was not working, the staff here went above and beyond to get me taken care of

James HService was great however computer system was gliching. Took over 1/2 hour to get checked in at no fault of the operator. Operator tried several times to sign in using computer and finally, to expediate the check in, filled out paper rental contract and sent me on my way. Fix your system!
