Mark BWe just closed our business after 25 years. We relied on UHaul 5x8 trailers the entire time and really appreciated the changes you made for ramp doors and easy connect hitches. We also saw a lot of dealers during this time, and our only recommendation for improvement would be to make every site as friendly and helpful as Beiers Auto Supply in Fenton, MO. Iris and Cletus are the best we ever encountered.

The frustrating piece (no fault of this location) was that our purchased supplies were at the original location - creating a double stop.

TIMOTHY SAs usual, our service from Iris and Cletus (Beiers) was fantastic. We were trying to plan which equipment (truck or trailer(s)) to use for moving our daughter to Kansas City. I stopped by their location numerous times and they were very patient and helpful in working through the process with us. Then on the day we actually rented our 6'x12' trailer, they were very efficient and quick in getting us on our way. We have been using them for trailer and truck rentals for 15 years now and the service they provide has always been superb. I highly recommend them!
