The owners of this location were amazing and so very nice. They ensured that the mirrors were in the correct position for the driver. I highly recommend this location.

DARLYS SThe origin nation facility in Missouri was OK but the people you tried to schedule me with the west side storage were no longer open. They were closed and no one was there found out. They moved and went to the new location and they were closed and no one was there so I had to turn it in at a different location, which accommodated me Even though they just rented U-Haul trucks! So I will probably try not to use U-Haul again because I had to go to three different dealers to get the trailer off my truck with no with no hitch check until I found a location that would help me! You guys don’t even know where your dealers are at on the receiving and in Texas!

TERRY LSpeeding up check in time would be appreciated. I was in a short time frame to pick up vehicle and get to my destinations to have hourly movers help load the truck.

SHEILA AWe were shocked by our bill for this rental ! Did not know we signed up for safe move plus at $30. Did not know it was almost a dollar per mile in addition to the rental charge. We had this truck for about 2.5 hours, drove it 42 miles and our final bill was $99.33. Quite the shock. We don't think we will do this again !

BRIAN CEverything was perfect. Check out the truck was easy, they explained everything very well. The gentleman that brought the truck up, showed me what I needed to know about the truck. I can't say enough about how well it went. Overall a great experience.
DONNA MThey got the truck for me on short notice. They probably didn’t have time to make sure it was swept out but the place they got it from should’ve done just that. The cab had white dog hair inside and the back had dust and debris all over it.

MARK CThe service is excellent, and the Uhauls are the cleanest that I have ever rented. But the overall look of the location is atrocious. They need to clean it up and make it look professional. There is trash everywhere inside and outside. I am surprised that Uhal will allow them to have the business looking like this. The overall appearance does not match the customer service. I will give them a 10 on customer service and appearance, a zero.
