TIMOTHY Nthe first place i reserved the truck on old 141 lost my reservation and there was no truck when i arived. would give them a 0 if i could. cost me 2 hours and had to go to the gravois location to get a truck. would not use u-haul again.

DONALD FDropped off after hours so don't have personal experience with this. The only thing I can say is that it was very crowded and had to park the trailer in front of the building rather than with the other trailers. Not sure if this was just because it was after hours but parking area is pretty small.

The mobile process was absolutely awful and the agent was extremely rude to the contact listed for the reservation. I’m definitely never using the U-Haul mobile again.
