I bought a item from this location, and I didn’t use it. I was trying to return it, but the guy told me he sold his personal items to me, so I won’t get refund. I think this place is corporate with Uhaul, not belongs to Uhaul. DONT buy things here!!!

They have visitors but I was told by the agent that it was not safe due to vehicle accidents. The agent stated that his own car had been damaged three different times and left me no choice but to move my car.

Bogdan OThis location does not allow any parking on property so you need to get a ride there. I chose this location because I wanted to pick up through a person and not through the app. My reservation was changed by the location to mobile pick up even though they were open. However, the app glitched and would not let me continue and it wasnt scanning the back of my driver license. So I was checked in by a person but that was only after trying for nearly 20 mins on the app. The vehicle is in need of repair. The air did not work and the check engine light was on and stayed on the whole time. On a positive note, I dropped off to the same location and that went smooth.

Jonathan PCheck out time to get the trailer was over 45 min. this in part because the haul representative convinced me to change original contract to a contract solely with his location. He also explained after the original charge of 29.95 the trailer would be 20 dollars a day. With this change in contract I was also to drop the trailer back to him and not my original drop off site which was near my new location. He said it would help him in the respect he wouldn't have to retrieve the trailer on his own time. When I did return the trailer the representative was on a personal phone call and refused to go over my charges with me or provide a receipt to me. I was charged for an extra day because he said I was over an hour late. Had he taken the time to go over my charges when I returned the trailer I would have noticed the difference in the daily charge and the fact that he had charged me an extra day. I called him when I received the bill to dispute the charges but he refused to acknowledge what he had originally told me. I called back to further explain things and he blocked my calls. I believe I am still due a credit and would like a reply to this email. Thank you for your time.

Farkhondeh TMy only complaint was that my original reservation was changed the night before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I had movers scheduled and it was an ordeal to have them reschedule. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to not honor my contract and to expect me to change plans on such short notice. The man who runs the Irvine location though was awesome and extremely easy to work with, which we really appreciated.

Sergio BMy reservation got moved to this location for the sole reason of them having a.15’ truck. This did not happen here. First of all, I had to call a phone number listed on the door - The worker was off site - I called a number - while the worker sent me links to start my check in process. This was a cluster - I was there over an hour and I left with a 10 foot truck. Very poor service. Would not EVER rent from there again. My reservation was done 3 times. Very poor customer service.

KEITH BI always rent trucks from this U-Haul location, and they are fantastic! The service is always top notch, and they make the whole process smooth and easy. Special thanks to Arash for going above and beyond every time. He’s the best!
HOORIE EThe Uhaul itself was old and worn but to be expected. The location was a bad experience. We reserved blankets and Dolly's. Which the agent gave to another customer the day before. Obviously when you pick up and moving truck at 7:00 a.m. to start a move job you would hope the reservation would include all of the items you were expecting. Makes it very difficult to pull together equipment last minute while I'm moving crew is waiting for you.
CHRISTOPHER TEntire process is a joke. I have to back truck in, then walk through bushes to take photos or will be charged $20 for not returning via the app. Will never use U-Haul again, nor refer anyone.

KENNETH HThe truck in the outside was an eye sore, very dirty, the inside was fine and the truck served it's purpose, but the process for returning the truck was REALLY ANNOYING and there were no clear instructions how to navigate the returning process after hours. However, the soccer coach running the location was polite and helpful.

ROGER BWe put gas in and were charged for fuel surcharge and fuel service. We didn't but the 30.00 insurance we bought the 15.00. Had truck for less than 24 hours was charged for two days, and after-hours fee. He responded back to me saying her would cred 74.95. Overcharged me over 100.00 crazy..
