My only complaint is that we had to wait for a while due to there being other people there in line ahead of us. Arash was extremely nice and a pleasure to work with.

ashish vAlthough the owner was friendly, my overall experience was subpar. First, picking up the uhaul, I utilized self-service. Unfortunately, when it was time to retrieve the keys there was no one at the office, despite the location being advertised as open. Another customer and I had to call a number posted on the door to speak with the owner and wait for someone to bring the keys out. By the time I got the keys, it was 25 minutes into my booking. The rental only had a quarter of a tank of gas, I drove it 7 miles and returned it on time, despite the delay in receiving the keys the owner insisted on charging me $20 because it was slightly below a quarter of a tank when I returned it. I just took the loss because I was too tired from moving to debate it. I just won’t come back.

CHRISTOPHER AReview of My Tow Dolly Pickup Experience My experience picking up a tow dolly was absolutely unacceptable. Exorbitant Costs: I already paid an inflated price for the rental truck and tow dolly simply because I was leaving California. That’s frustrating enough. But to then be treated like an idiot by a clueless, unprofessional employee made it far worse. Overcharging: I was told I owed several hundred dollars more than my quoted amount. Unauthorized Charges: I was charged for insurance that I specifically declined. Cash Demands: The attendant refused to show me how to load my car unless I paid him $100 cash. When I refused, he said he would “watch me load” for $20 cash and threatened not to certify the dolly for insurance if I didn’t pay. Unprofessional Behavior: Instead of helping, he argued with other angry customers while I was left to figure things out myself. At least four customers walked out during this mess, and another customer recorded the confrontation on video. Unsafe & Unsanitary Conditions: While loading, I got covered in grease. When I went to wash my hands, the attendant barricaded himself in the office and locked the door so no one could get in. I had to leave with grease on my hands, steering wheel, and clothes. False Information: He insisted I must leave my front-wheel-drive car in neutral with the ignition on or it would cause “catastrophic damage.” This drained my battery unnecessarily and is completely false advice. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. At a minimum, I expect U-Haul to investigate this location and employee, rand issue a full refund for both the truck and the tow dolly given the abusive treatment, misinformation, and unsafe conditions I was subjected to.
ray dThis location is very strange--the office has all kinds of gag gifts for sale. The salesperson was very forward in trying to sell the gifts. Uncomfortable.
Scott JTruck had over 150,000 miles on it. Minimum maintenance this truck required is a tune-up (over revved upon start), steering or suspension maintenance, windshield wipers beyond worn out and would have been useless if it was raining. The representative spent more time upselling the junk in the office (fake parking tickets, fake lottery tickets, and toys) then anything else. He also tried to upsell the insurance (which I understand is part of the job) but unfortunately lied about some of the reasons why should buy the insurance. The representative came across like a dirty used car salesman. He also had a friend arrive as we were trying to leave that was very entitled and rude to us as customers. I would never rent from this U-Haul location ever again!!

They have visitors but I was told by the agent that it was not safe due to vehicle accidents. The agent stated that his own car had been damaged three different times and left me no choice but to move my car.

Bogdan OThis location does not allow any parking on property so you need to get a ride there. I chose this location because I wanted to pick up through a person and not through the app. My reservation was changed by the location to mobile pick up even though they were open. However, the app glitched and would not let me continue and it wasnt scanning the back of my driver license. So I was checked in by a person but that was only after trying for nearly 20 mins on the app. The vehicle is in need of repair. The air did not work and the check engine light was on and stayed on the whole time. On a positive note, I dropped off to the same location and that went smooth.

Jonathan PCheck out time to get the trailer was over 45 min. this in part because the haul representative convinced me to change original contract to a contract solely with his location. He also explained after the original charge of 29.95 the trailer would be 20 dollars a day. With this change in contract I was also to drop the trailer back to him and not my original drop off site which was near my new location. He said it would help him in the respect he wouldn't have to retrieve the trailer on his own time. When I did return the trailer the representative was on a personal phone call and refused to go over my charges with me or provide a receipt to me. I was charged for an extra day because he said I was over an hour late. Had he taken the time to go over my charges when I returned the trailer I would have noticed the difference in the daily charge and the fact that he had charged me an extra day. I called him when I received the bill to dispute the charges but he refused to acknowledge what he had originally told me. I called back to further explain things and he blocked my calls. I believe I am still due a credit and would like a reply to this email. Thank you for your time.
