Was hassled by the chevron worker when I returned Told me I had to wait for him to come check it in. I tried telling him in already checked in on line. Major language barrier

Michael ZFor a company to rely on an App to check out, use and check in vehicles is stupid. The App was not working properly yesterday. It delayed me in getting on the road and dropping off the truck. I will not rent haul again.

Roberta KThe whole thing from start to finish was awful. No one knew what they were doing (they were very kind). It took over an hour to get out the door, that was with a reservation. They didn't have the boxes etc that I asked for and the billing was messed up (hopes that works out).
