I will never in my life use U-Haul again they lied about all their fees , the customer service from chevron we got it from was horrible but we tolerated because we had to move, then we had to deal with the area manager and omfg that was even more then a joke, end result lawyers but have too so this dosent happen to anyone else !!

The person spoke very poor English could hardly understand what he was trying to say he did not go well

Roberta KThe whole thing from start to finish was awful. No one knew what they were doing (they were very kind). It took over an hour to get out the door, that was with a reservation. They didn't have the boxes etc that I asked for and the billing was messed up (hopes that works out).
