The owner of the store is a complete asshole… He was rude to everyone that comes into the store including vendors… I’ve never been treated so poorly by a human being at a U-Haul in my life… I will never use his location again and I will tell people not to use this location…! The man song is very nice but the owner of the store is a complete asshole!…

Equipment was dirty and in disrepair (enclosed trailer leaked and rims were extremely rusty) Check out process was a nightmare.

The windshield was filthy and the wipers were in poor condition for cleaning it on this older truck. Gentleman at pick up was most kind and friendly. I had to park my car off-site for overnight rental, leaving it in sketchy neighborhood that made me very uncomfortable. Return clerk was rude and not helpful at all. Had me move 20 foot truck twice in tight, crowded gas station. I was not pleased.

Processing of paperwork was very slow. No printer. E-mail receipt was gibberish. Passenger seatbelt was wrapped around the seat and would not release. I reserved a 10' truck and got a 15" truck at an increased cost and added fuel expense. Seatbelt issue cost us an hour. They did give us extra miles, which we did not need.

This place had the most rude guy attending and did not have my reservation when I got there. I have seen so many bad reviews on google but thought they were exaggerating but it’s all true. Honestly the worst customer service I have seen my whole life. Also tried to tell me I rented the uhaul at 4:30 when I came in at 5:15. Just horrible experience. Never will go there again and will definitely think about renting uhaul again due to this guy. Side note, if I could give a 0 I would.

I was in and out very quickly both at the pickup and return. It's very handy that it's a gas station so you can return the vehicle with the required amount of gas. The folks were friendly and helpful.

Absolute WORST customer service. The neighborhood dealer (Belvedere Citgo) I was supposed to return my trailer to wouldn’t take my trailer saying they didn’t have room it. They directed me to the U-Haul store Okeechobee location. When I first arrived, I tried to walk and tell the female representative that I was refused turn in at my location. She said “Ma’am you to wait outside with your trailer.” No one spoke to me until they unhooked my trailer. I waited an HOUR to turn in, and THEN they told me my contract would still be pending because they didn’t anyone who could change my drop off location. Spent another 30+ minutes on the phone with U-Haul cooperate trying to fix the issue. Never have I ever had this many issues with a trailer turn in. I will NOT use U-haul again in the future.
