I am submitting a complaint regarding the morning employee working around noon. She was hostile and visibly agitated when I tried booking a 6:00 PM truck in person, forcing me to walk away and reserve it on the app. When I returned the truck, I approached her again, but her dismissive attitude hadn't changed. She said she would send someone to assist, but I couldn't trust her word and ended up completing the return via the app myself. A competent employee would have suggested the app initially to save time. I only came to this gas station because of its proximity to my house, but doing business here is far from a respectable or pleasant experience.
