You guys under bid the miles on my trip! From where I picked up the truck to where I dropped off is 199 miles exactly. I looked it up on gps. Well you guys set the contract at 111 miles. So I was charged by the mile over that costing me 100 bucks I don't have. Everyone was rude and wouldn't help me. Said I have to pay it. I filed a dispute. I feel like I was taken advantage of. U-Haul is just a scam and money grab. The customer is never right. Rent a truck anywhere else. Save the headache and money. It will be cheaper in the long run

Yesenia D.The car had two under inflated tires. There was no responsible person when I arrived. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me. Ver bad customer service attitude.
Jesus G.the counter person was unprofessional and rude. He left me there wating and neve indicated transaction for the rental would be handled over the phone. He called his "boss" and at no moment explained anything and handed me the phone.
