Ordered Van on line. No van at location. Switched to small truck for "same price." Truck contract had 71 miles instead of 99 on van. Mobil store agent could not change the mileage amount to 99. Told me I was lucky he already gave me same price as van. Took 1 HOUR to sign for truck. It was unclear how much gas the truck needed to return, even though corporate called us and told us. So we took it out w 1/4 tank and returned with 3/4 tank $80 didn't need to put so much gas in. We were charged extra $23 for extra miles over 71. I will never go to that Mobil rental again. I will try not to rent from Uhaul ever again. Customer service in the stores is AWFUL.

I separate 26' truck online. When I arrived to pick up my truck it wasn't available. I lost money and time to rent another U haul truck.

I picked up the trailer Thursday afternoon and returned it Friday morning. I pulled into the place I rented the trailer (very busy place) and someone came out and asked me to follow them to drop off the trailer. I dropped off the trailer where there was other U-Haul equipment, he said it was good and he would take care of it from there. My bill shows I had it an extra day and charged for extra rental and insurance.

I had a reservation for a specific size for a specific price (reserved the day before for 6 hours), I only needed a 15" truck. When I arrived, the location said they did not have trucks available except for one huge one 29" I believe that I did not need so much space for. Even though I had a reservation for one specific truck size, and it was this location's fault for not having trucks on site, they did not honor my reservation price and I still had to pay the difference. They should not be accepting reservations so easily and they need to triple-check their inventory and not have it available online. Its frustrating to arrive and not have the truck you reserved. They also turned down another customer that walked in after me, and had a reservation telling him they dont have any trucks available.

I was charged $600+ to travel -300 miles. I was told its that price because I was being charged .99 per mile. Found a quote online to go 1000+ miles for less than $900

Location did not have the equipment I paid for and was not advised until pick up. If that was the case I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I was also charged extra for gas when I filled it over the expected amount. The brakes on my truck were very bad!

I initially had a reservation #24103255 from U-Haul of West Palm Beach - 4371 Okeechobee Blvd. They didn't have the vehicle available and directed me to this Belvedere location. which also didn't have the vehicle available and made me wait for some time to bring the vehicle from somewhere and adding miles to it. I was also charged 2 days for the dolly in a separate payment and never got one day back after returning the vehicle earlier. Employees were friendly though and tried to help.

Guy behind the u hail counter was rude and was on a personal phone call and ignored the line. The tire pressure light was on I notified him and he blew me off as if he didn’t care. Unprofessional and the gas station is dirty

Honor the reservation that the customer made, if by any reason you don'h have the vehicle reserved and switch to another model, the minimum you can do is to honor the price of the vehicle that was reserved and GUARANTEED . Parking is NO existent . Vehicle was dirty.

First I spoke to the owner twice over the phone confirming when I would be there to pick up the van I reserved. When I got to the location, I was told by the manager that the van had a flat tire and that it was not available, I asked him why he did'nt tell me that over the phone, he said he was not the one who spoke to me and then he started ignoring me while he rung up other customers, I waited on him about 10 minutes before I had to ask him when was he going to acknowledge my reservation. The manager ended up taking about 20 minutes to ring up my reservation. He was rude, unprofessional and showed no interest in my UHaul rental. I would never rent from this location again. Extremely poor customer service!!

The car had two under inflated tires. There was no responsible person when I arrived. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me. Ver bad customer service attitude.

the counter person was unprofessional and rude. He left me there wating and neve indicated transaction for the rental would be handled over the phone. He called his "boss" and at no moment explained anything and handed me the phone.

It took forever to get the uhaul and when the employee was helping me, he was doing 20 other things. So instead of focusing on getting me the uhaul and getting me out quickly, it took 30-40min

The 20' truck I reserved online was not available when I got to the pick-up location. I had to take a 15' truck instead. Therefore, I had to make multiple trips and the mileage fee went up. Also, I was not able to have a 24-hour rental. I had to return the same evening, which made the experience very stressful.

I had resevered a 15' truck, at a different location, was sent to the Belvedere Mobil location. Upon arriving the attendent stated he had no 15' truck, made me wait for almost an hour, was extermely rude, the location was filthy, and finally was given an old dirty 10' truck. I am long time customer and have never had such a terrible experience with U-Haul. I will not recommend the Bevedere Mobil loction to anyone. Disappointed Victoria B.

Very overcrowded. Location is difficult to get in and out of. The staff was very nice but there is limited space. I had to get dropped off and picked up because there is not even a designated area for parking if I needed to leave my car. The people that go to shop in the gas station were using the gas pumps as parking spots. 😳

This was the worst location. The manager is rude. Their customer service was terrible. They did not include the dolley then got mad when I brought that up. Worst experience ever.

I chose the gas station location for drop off so that I could top off the gas tank. It was a VERY busy gas station with not much room to park the truck; however, after parking, I just walked in and handed the key to the person behind the counter.

OVER CHARGED ME FOR MILEAGE!!! I went 39 miles I was CHARGED FOR 117! I didn’t receive any paperwork picking it up or dropping it off! But I DO HAVE PICTURES OF THE MILEAGE WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF right in front of their store!!!! COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The location Uhaul gave me had a Spanish lady that did not speak English. After trying to figure out what the lady was trying to tell me. I called the location phone number. The person on the phone told me they were at a different location 3 miles away 901 Belvedere West Palm. Even though the place I was at had UHAUL sign on the door. Maybe Uhaul should check on their sites every once in a while. So all said, I had lossy experience with Uhaul.

To communicate and inform customers of the mileage charge when they extend the u haul I was over charged and the price did not add up it was poor customer service and now due to the price they stated i will not be able to rent a u haul due to their error! not a happy or satisfied customer at all!!!

Please call that location to make sure their equipment is safe for use. They gave me a cargo van with two flat tires and told me to put air in them so they don’t get completely flat. That is super dangerous especially knowing the truck was in bad condition. (Location: 901 Belvedere Rd)

I reserved online but the location was not expecting me. Van looked like it was never cleaned, seats and cab was very dirty, dolly was not inside. They told me I couldn't park my car at the location and suggested I park at the Taco Bell a block away.
