Over charged me on fuel went 21 miles and charge me for 25 gallons of gas had to file a dispute waste of my time in the middle of moving which is already stressful in the first place. Your customer service lady was very nice and helpful on the phone in getting me my money refunded Cathrine I believe was her name.

Had trouble finding the return lot and the man working was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right location! We also had a bit of trouble backing in the trailer, so he took it off for us to make the whole process easier. 10/10 service!
Addison GThe location was out of town and the owner was not available onsite nor by phone. (I called and texted). Fortunately, another business owner on the property was able to help me get the truck after nearly an hour of waiting. The truck was fine, but the gears shifted very clunky. I called to complain and requested some compensation but no one responded.
DAYNA VTruck only had 70 miles of fuel till empty indicated. Check engine light was on when picked up. Took over an hour to complete check out after having done it all on line the day before. All this while my 97 year old father and my 96 year old mother waited to start a 3 1/2 hour trip to new assisted living facility. Not much fun! So I dropped it off with 140 miles of fuel left. U-haul made out, with the cost of fuel these days. I think I should get a refund for the difference.
