It was difficult to understand where to bring the truck. At pick up I was told to sweep out the truck and make sure to fold all the blankets which I did. I opened the back of the truck at drop off to show it was okay. However I was charged $25 cleaning fee. Possibly a communication misunderstanding.

Jeff RThis was the second location, the first one closed early and caused me to have to uber to the second. U-Haul in general is not my first choice anymore.
NICHOLAS VVehicle was dusty, and they charged me a 25 cleaning fee. All I did was haul empty cardboard boxes from a move from Germany to Bend Oregon. The boxes were cleaner than the van.
