I am very upset about what happened to me. I was told i could have 5 days courtesy at no charge just have to pay 1 day rate plus milage. Then I bring it back and was charged all 6 days when I clarified many times that I would bring it back sooner if I had to they insist I am fine and that I won't pay extra.... very upset

Randy KAgain, this location was great, but my original reservation was to drop off at a UHaul storage facility much closer to my new home. The extra drive was inconvenient, but the return process was fine.
Cathy EThere was a scheduling error for pickup. Rep stayed after hours to take care of me. I was in a real bind, needed the truck immediately and he accommodated me. Truck was in great shape. A little off the beaten path but great experience! Thank you!
