I was overcharged $10. I have the email to prove it. I was given a 19 95 rate by a higher-up but charged 29.95 at point of sale. I brought this up and apparently nothing was done to correct this discrepancy. Pls make this right as well...I put in $30 worth of gas for about 60 miles driven which I was held accountable for...with no adjustment.
