I was about 25 minutes late after calling and let him know that I was going to be 30 minutes late and I dropped the U-Haul off only to come to find out on the paperwork they didn't return it until 7:30 the next day and they charge me an extra $20 because they wanted to

I was charged double what I was told. Agreed to pick the trailer up on Friday afternoon and return it on Saturday. I was asked what time i thought I would have it back. I replied around 6 pm. I was told that works!! Never was i told I would be charged double if it was not back 24 hours from the time I picked it up!! I return it around 6 pm. Then the next day they charged me for a second day.

I’ve rented trucks from U-Haul several times before. This was cleanest truck I’ve ever rented. The truck was immaculate in the cab, outside, and in the bed. It ran well. The personnel at the rental location were friendly and helpful. The office was neat and orderly. I would definitely rent from this location again.

Again my location to drop off the uhaul was changed. The gentleman that I dropped off with was not very friendly and I was charged for clean up fee when the pick up location gave it to me that way.

They had a sign on both sides of a street so I wasn't sure which location to return the key to. Our last return was to a residence out in the country, so I thought the house on the lot with the vehicles was the place to return the keys, but it wasn't.
