There is no other choice. This is the only U-Haul in this area. My biggest issue was the fact that as we drove down the road after loading the trailer, the driver side tire was wobbling. We pulled over as soon as we saw it and 2 (two) of the lug nuts were ready to fall off. Thank heaven we had a lug wrench. We were 3 women pulling a trailer from Raton, New Mexico to Hampton, Virginia. It could have been ugly. Once we tightened them down there was no more issues. In my opinion this should have been checked at the pick up location before that trailer ever left the lot.Marjean A.
The owners of this facility are EXTREMELY nice and helpful. However, The customer care center in Colorado/Denver is the absolute WORST customer experience I have ever had. The manager, Adam, cancelled my reservation because renting two Uhauls within two days is â€œsuspicious.â€ For clarity, I needed one uhaul on Wednesday to return a couch we couldn't fit in the move. I made a reservation for a round trip trailer rental to do so, and requested another trailer to move the rest of our belongings for Thursday. Adam then called me and proceeded to tell me that 1) My activity was suspicious. 2) Because it was â€œsuspicious,â€ I was not allowed to rent the enclosed 5x8 THAT I RESERVED to return my $1,000 couch. 3) Made me a new reservation to rent a 5x9 un-enclosed trailer and they forgot to take me off the â€œeAlert,â€ so upon arrival, I was forced to call THREE different phone numbers, wait 45 mins on hold, to just have someone take me off of â€œeAlert.â€ (Also nearly missed a job interview because of this) Moving is hard, and the customer care center made it a nightmare. I thought Uhaul's slogan was â€œ We make moving easy!â€ This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I hope to GOD I never have to rent another Uhaul again.Daniel F.

You need to find somebody else in the area to run you whole there the man was very rude charged me things that he should not have that I refused to do. Then I called in and asked if it would be okay if I turn around and bring it back I was going to Las Vegas New Mexico from Raton New Mexico sorry I said would it be okay if I returned it back to her tone nobody said a word to me that it was going to be more expensive than how expensive it was going to be so overall I have been overcharged majorly and there's not one thing that I can do I called to speak to somebody in customer service and they're just like good luck and goodbye and that was it I will never use and anytime that I talk to anybody I will tell them to never use U-Haul again.isabella P.

Arrived to drop off my equipment. Personnel pointed where to drop it off. I waited nearby the trailer for checkout and was told I could go. I asked for a receipt to confirm I dropped everything off and was told â€œit would be awhile.â€ There were no other customers but he was clearly too busy to checkout the customer. I received the receipt electronically (unsigned) later via email. Thankfully there were no charges to contest.Andrew C.

The uhaul representative was very angry and rude He was verbally assaultive towards me during the rental and hook up process. If there was another uhaul in the area, I would avoid this vendor at all costs. Also, he checked the signal and brake lights but the running light on the rear passenger side was inoperable.Amanda M.

Picked up the car hauler at a great place and dropped it off at another! Bennett's LLC is a very convenient location for all your U-Haul needs. The yard was clean and easy to navigate. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in the area or passing through!Paul V.

I would have rather gone to Trinidad Colorado, Mr Bennett's people skills needs to be heighten. He is very rude, not friendly at all. He is not helpful whatsoever. This place was the only bad experience I had throughout the process.Jacob M.
