While I don't remember the (agent's?) name she was courteous and professional. I most definitely recommend U-Haul of Raton to anyone in need of moving or like in our case... picking up furniture.
Sean GNot rent a dirty broken truck. The check engine light was on, windshield wipers were worn out, a rear tail light was out, the vehicle was out of alignment so ou had to fight to keep the vehicle from drifting left and the display panel would randomly cut out while driving. The truck was also filthy, someone left spilled potato chips throughout the whole vehicle, it was gross. We will never use U-Haul again.
