Facility is old and in severe disrepair. The equipment is scattered across 2 different lots with buildings on them that severely dilapidated. In some aspects it appears that there isn’t even a business there. If you didn’t see some trailers scattered around the property you would think the facility is empty - abandoned buildings. The Management/staff of the place is almost as grumpy and unhappy as they could possibly be. The husband and wife who operate the place were constantly arguing between each other about everything from which trailer we should take and where it was located to how busy each other were - all the while using foul language like they were paid incentives for how many cuss words they could use. Really a poor representation of the brand and aside from the large amount of inventory on hand, I can not think of any reason to use them again!

William HFacility was old and in disrepair. On one of the parking areas to return the trailer, the building on the property looked like it was ready to fall down at any moment. All windows in it were broken out, glass missing, roof caving in, etc. The gut/owner of the place was gruff, curt, unprofessional and overall "grumpy" - like he didn't even want to be in business/deal with customers. Non helpful, used foul language as a regular part of his conversation, and "got around to helping you" when it seemed like he felt like it. Will not use again unless only option - andc then with a much different expectation in mind as to the overall "experience" to be prepared for.
ROBERT BTry giving someone a break on the daily extension price when the towing vehicle breaks down. I tried to discuss this with on phone personnel, but they said there were no extra charges. Then found out the bill said something different. I'm not impressed.
