Some comments in online reviews have mentioned that Bennetts LLC is an old, dusty building and the office atmosphere is like the 1950's. They are correct and that is why I admire those folks and will always be their customer. They just have an older business perspective and run the business as they see fit. Their reservations and returns are smooth and that counts for a lot.

Don MMake sure your lock box locks are usable. We wasted over 30 minutes trying to open the failed lock as the mechanism wasn’t allowing the lock to slide open. This was not the location we had made prior arrangements to lock up our uhaul. We were informed the day before there would not be one available at the location we needed and this was an out of the way pick up alternative.
