Interior had to be cleaned throughly, they simply used a rag to wipe one surface down. Had to use multiple disinfectants, degreasers, and cleaners to wipe ALL surfaces. As a customer you want to have a clean and comfortable experience, a quick detail to keep up with frequent cleaning will prevent it from having buildup of dirt and gross surfaces.

They went way over time and just moved so slowly unloading my storage unit and packing it into the truck. None of my mirrors or tvs were wrapped, things got bent and broken, and pieces of bed frames and drawer handles are just missing completely.
