Service was excellent. Very helpful and efficient. I used to rent from Home Depot and put up with their rude and slow service. Now I will always choose Ben’s auto and rental.
JOHN NI RENTED A 5X9 TRAILER TWO SAT IN A ROW. YOUR SOFTWARE WEBSITE WAS BROKEN BOTH TIMES AT 8AM ON SAT MORNING YOUR BUSIEST TIME. THE EMPLOYEE COULD NOT PROPERLY PROCESS THE TRANSACTION BOTH TIMES. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND CREATING MISTAKES WITH POOR IT MANAGEMENT. YOUR DIRECTOR OF IT SHOULD BE FIRED IF THEY CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO KEEP YOUR MISSION CRITICAL SOFTWARE FROM FAILING ON YOUR BUSIEST DAY OF THE WEEK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 2 WEEKS IN A ROW. HOWEVER, THE REP WAS VERY KIND AND SUPPORTIVE, BUT PUT IN A BAD SPOT WITH FAILED SOFTWARE TOOLS.

ROBERT VFront desk person was super friendly, courteous, and helpful (just like he was a few years ago during another rental). Truck was ready, as was the dolly I rented. Returned online was not too difficult (just you have to take photos of your truck from various angles and inside). I was able to park my car street side for a few nights and no one messed with it, and no tickets. This was important as I was doing a local move by myself.

DESIREE TI experienced rain during the trip to Idaho and the truck leaked in two places and destroyed some of my belongings. I see on the contract that the "Equipment is water resistant and not waterproof". I presumed that meant around the doors, etc. but instead this truck leaked in the middle of the cargo area near the front and along one wall saturating the cardboard moving boxes and the contents! The truck was decent to drive but had 112,531 miles on it when I picked it up and apparently too old or not maintained and repaired adequately. Sadly there was damage to boxes with books, music, etc. Some items were able to be dried out and usable. This 26' truck needs to be repaired before anyone else has their belongings ruined! I expected better equipment from U Haul!

They told me they would review the vehicle then send me receipt through email which I found odd that they would inspect the vehicle without me there. Also I never signed a receipt for the return

LAWRENCE CThe Experience with this location was odd to say the least. There was a young gentleman running the counter when I got there to check in he didn't do the usual of go over the mileage or the damage with the vehicle that I was expecting like other places when I've rented trucks and trailers. He was young seemed kind of inexperienced. Upon delivering the vehicle back to the location the gentleman didn't want to go out and check mileage and give me a final receipt so I can give it over to my boss for reimbursement. Overall it was pretty easy to check out but it was just a weird way that he did business. I would say that I would recommend this place to other people if they had a more experienced person at the desk.

AARON LI picked up my auto transport carrier the other day, and didn't spot something until I reached my destination. The straps were pretty frayed at the ends – made it a bit of a wrestling match getting them into the ratchet thingamajig! Once I got past that initial snag, it was fine. Also, that little fender thingy that lets you get in and out of the car wasn't super secure; the straps holding it were loose. It all worked okay in the end, but the quality wasn't as good as the other carriers I've used before.
